A Time of Healing and Compassion For All

Bull Moose-2-C-JES-print

This is a mini original oil painting, that is being listed this morning on eBay is a 7″ x 5″ on a True Gesso hard board  and nicely framed. This was a small work that I later painting a larger painting for a very loving and honorable man, named David Hueper, a Veteran, living with his wife Ann in Blue Earth, MN, recently  passed away on October 9, 2013 at 5PM. What an awesome and such a loving family no different than my family  in any way and they laugh, cry and giggle just the same way at the same things and their memories are locked in time and God has blessed them, they are descendants of Abraham and live in the family of God, you too? Awesome, thought so, me too.

Now Christmas is soon and just like thanksgiving we’ll all be together, my wish is for peace and harmony among you, help one another, love one another. With peace, joy, love and most of all hope.

God Is Wise and Mighty, Job 5, 18- Veterans Everywhere God brings this to you and your family!!!

The Living Bible is so good to help you hear his heart and the spirit of God so I am reading from this Living Bible and all you near and far just know, God is a God of Miracles, and a God Of Love and a God of Joy and a God Of Hope, so peace be yours today and I just want to share this loving text today to show that his love shines through it all and he is Constant and not changing!!!

Here goes ” For though he wounds, he binds and heals again. He will deliver you again and again, so that no evil can touch you.

He will keep you from death in famine, and from the power of the sword in time of war.

You will be safe from slander; no need to fear the future.

You shall laugh at war and famine; wild animals will leave you alone. Dangerous animals will be at peace with you.

You need not worry about your home while you are gone; nothing shall be stolen from your barns.

Your sons(and daughters) shall become important to our community; your decedents shall be as numerous as grass! You shall live a long, good life; like standing grain, you’ll not be harvested until it’s time! I have found from experience that all of this is true. For your own good, listen to my counsel.”

with compassion, love, joy and most of all hope,

Choose Good Friends

What a wonderful day, and in this mornings scripture, Proverbs chapter 28 verse 23, goes something like this, ” In the end, people appreciate frankness more than flattery,”

I hope everyone’s thanksgiving preparations are going well and I wish everyone a very safe journey in their travels. Have a great day and God Bless you and your family.

A Day For Proverbs chapter 25, verses 20-25

Red Tailed Hawk-3-C-JES-Print

Bald Eagle Gandy-3-C-JES

Golden Eagle-1-C-JES

All the days of our lives are filled with wonder and awe of God’s love and mercy for each of us. And being kind to your enemy is very important too, not only for you but for your enemy, who while they were once an enemy are now your loving friend. I wish everyone the very best with their family and friends for thanksgiving day and day the Lord has given us to be with friends, strangers and family the Lord decides where you will be if you listen and follow his path.

Today there are three paintings the red tailed hawk, the bald eagle and the golden eagle, three of my favorite birds of pray not prey. I hope you enjoy and can share with your friends and enjoy your day and be at peace God is there and will help you in each step of your work and will guide you safely for you are his people.

Today in verse 20-25 God shares his wisdom and I’ll write for you so if you do not have a Bible you can read this and know.

” Being happy go lucky around a person whose heart is heavy is as bad as stealing his jacket in cold weather or rubbing salt in his wounds.”

” If your enemy is hungry, give him food! If he is thirsty, give him something to drink! This will make him feel ashamed of himself, and God will reward you.”

” As surely as the wind from the north brings cold, just as surely a retort causes anger!”

” It is better to live in a corner of an attic than in a beautiful home with a cranky, quarrelsome woman.”

” Good news from far away is like cold water to the thirsty.”

Amen and Amen!!!

A Living God, Faithfulness, and Kindness (sending manna and meat)

Psalm 78, O my Lord who hast given and taken and continues to love his people today, I just want to say that I love you and obey you Father, I want to share your exciting deeds today in 2013 so people will know you are a God of Miracles for all your people. This is about mighty miracles, do you know what miracles are? They are an event that man can not explain from all his knowledge and is created by God to show his people he is real, living, and for them to worship and praise the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. When people see God at work what stops them from spreading the good news or to stop their sinning and sin no more? Adam had a great deal to do with fallen men and women right up until this moment, and God as you will see in this holy scripture is teaching while loving his people, and sometimes there is tough love too. AS parents you know what discipline your children is about, you still follow through even though you love them very deeply, just do not love their behavior. God’s law is the word and the word, living God is our Father Who Art In Heaven.

“Faith Of Our Father, Holy Faith”  IN this scripture the people of Ephraim, were fully armed and ready for battle, but the day of battle they turned their backs and fled, because they did not obey the Lords laws that were taught to the past fathers generations ago and passed down, still they thought they did not need to obey what they had been taught by their fathers or to believe the great miracles in those early generations. Whew, what happens next? They had forgot the wonderful miracles God had done for them and for their fathers in Egypt. He divided the sea and they were saved, in the daytime in the desert he led them by a cloud and at night by a pillar of fire. He even split open rocks in the wilderness to give them plenty of water to drink, yet they kept on their rebellion, sinning against the God who is above all gods. They demanded other better food as well as water, then he opened the windows of heaven and rained down manna, bread from heaven and so the people ate the angel’s food. God called forth an east wind and guided the south wind and he rained down birds to fall all among the people and on their tents and the people at to their fill, and before they had finished the bird meat in their mouths, the anger of the Lord rose against them and killed the finest of Israel’s young men. Yet even so the people kept on sinning and refused to believe in miracles, so he cut their lives short and gave them years of terror and disaster.

Then at last, when he had ruined them, they walked awhile behind him, how earnestly they turned around and followed him! Then they remembered that God was their rock—that their Savior was the God above all gods. But it was only with their words they followed him not with their hearts their hearts were far away. They did not keep their promises. Yet he was merciful and forgave their sins and didn’t destroy them all. Many and many a time he held back his anger. For he remembered that they were merely mortal men, gone in a moment like a breath of wind.

After all this and the people still were sinning God decided to reject Joseph’s family, the tribe if Ephraim, and chose the tribe of Judah—and Mount Zion which he loved. There he built a towering temple and chose his servant David, from feeding sheep, and God promised David to his people as their shepherd and he (David) cared for them with a true heart and skillful hands.”

I love Jesus my mighty living God, The Father, The Son, and Holy Ghost, forever and ever!!!

Amen and Amen!!!

Such an awesome day today, just getting up at 0500 AM is joyful after God’s grace yesterday and wonderful sleep to rest my body, not that I am a lumber jack, but my 110LB black lab, Bubby is a pretty good hand full during the day, but that too is such a joyful experience. In Psalm 29 please read the beauty and love shown by the Lord,” Praise The Lord, you angels of his, praise his glory and his strength. Praise him for his majestic glory, the Glory of his name. Come before him clothed in sacred garments.” ” At the Flood, the Lord showed his control of all creation. Now he continues to unveil his power. He will give his people strength. He will bless them with peace.” I am in love with Jesus, more than the air I breath thank you Lord for every gift and for my loving friends near and far, and we Glorify Your Name Father, IN Jesus name we pray, full of wonder and we are in awe of your Power, saving all of us. WE pray your kingdom come here on earth as it is in heaven, yes, Amen!!!.

Forgiveness By God’s Mercy Romans Chapter 5 verses 20 and 21

Such a joyful day, yesterday I was witness to a wonderful female whooping crane number 10-10 from the Whooping Crane Center in Baraboo, WI she was born in 2010 and was migrating, near Crex Meadows where the Greater Sandhill Cranes are preparing for their migration in fact a week ago during a 5″ snow most of the sandhill cranes left, and depending on the weather toward Thanksgiving the rest will leave too. They are feeding and eating close to the Trade River where the water is open and not froze.

Here is the good news, praise God, ” The Ten Commandments were given so that all could see the extent of their failure to obey God’s Laws. But the more we see our sinfulness, the more we see God’s abounding grace forgiving us. Before, sin ruled over all men and brought them to death, but now God’s kindness rules instead, giving us right standing with God resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

I did not get a wonderful flying image of the whooping crane because my Nikon camera, the auto focus on my 80-400mm lens did not work, but before that happened I did get a wonderful image of her standing amongst the sandhill cranes and for that I am very grateful for.

This special watercolor, called, ” mom and dad’s love forever “was painted in honor of my loving parents Jackie and Norman who I honor all the days of my life and thank God for his loving kindness throughout my entire life, starting first with home and the love that has no judgment, but only kindness.

w peace and love, always and forever,

Whooping Crane 11-15-2013_4198_edited-1

By Her Nest @ Gandi Dancer Days Webster,WI 2012

Bald Eagle Gandy-3-C-JES

Seems that Crex Meadows is slowing down and yesterday afternoon on Trade River south east of Fish Lake there was a Whooping Crane with the sandhill cranes, long way off so not great photography but just seeing was good enough for me. We drove north back to Crex Meadows and went to Phantom Lake to Main Dyke Road and back to East Refuge Road and there was only one doe whitetail deer, not a bird in sight as all the water is frozen and the birds need a lot of water. The weather has been very cold earlier than last year the birds did not leave until Thanksgiving evening, most of the birds are now gone with only a few remaining near Trade River where the water is flowing and not frozen. I was busy painting for Mason Getts this fall so, I did not have time to see many birds in this year’s migration and going into winter I do not have as many wonderful field memories either, since I was painting for others in October, so both my prime fall months September and October were taken up with human needs not wildlife needs.  As I reflect on this I have a varied feel for what has just passed, meaning this takes a lot longer to understand just what has unfolded does not come right away and I need a long time to understand the true meaning. It is like my art I have images taken over a year ago before I pick them up and work, why does it take so long, I am not sure but happens this way all the time. I process things very slowly and if this happens to others you can see this delayed reaction is a part of being human, only God can see immediately how or why the meaning of something, not we humans.

I loved this bald eagle sitting on an almost vertical tree trunk right next to her eaglet in the nest which you can not see, but this year she did not use this nest and so another nest went by the wayside and whether a new eagle family will pick it’s use is hard to say, but I think not because of being close to the road. In 2012 that was a gift in the making to show us her family and  that time has passed. Things are constantly changing and that is all you can really expect is the essence of change, myself I prefer a slower, easier time for all, and forget the change, when the majority of the change is man made usually is, does not mean good all the time. I do not think God prefers to see his humans in so much pain and suffering yet that is what is happening today, everywhere, and no where is without the pain and suffering and no window dressing can make otherwise. Back to the basics today and I have not watched the news or tv much this year and I am slowing that way down and not giving any time to man’s chaos and problems, and prayer for me is the only answer to speak to God by the moment as I paint and pray for his kingdom come here on earth as It is in heaven.

Have a great day, and enjoy, w peace and love.

What a mule deer!

mule buck-TRNP-9

This wonderful mule deer buck a 5 x 5 as seen in Theodore Roosevelt National Park, in Medora, ND is an experience that you can see too, if you visit this wonderful National Park, in September through November will see these trophy bucks. The badlands in TRNP have a lot of other wildlife for the camera enthusiast, the elk, the buffalo, and whitetail are very good too, and the antelope are ever present.

My two sons and a close friend are working on an elk hunt for next year in Wyoming and so a lot of work, and a lot of painting to help earn this very special hunt. Have a great day and with Thanksgiving on the way say a prayer for all our families near and far who are being challenged by life’s events. W peace and love.
