This is a mini original oil painting, that is being listed this morning on eBay is a 7″ x 5″ on a True Gesso hard board  and nicely framed. This was a small work that I later painting a larger painting for a very loving and honorable man, named David Hueper, a Veteran, living with his wife Ann in Blue Earth, MN, recently  passed away on October 9, 2013 at 5PM. What an awesome and such a loving family no different than my family  in any way and they laugh, cry and giggle just the same way at the same things and their memories are locked in time and God has blessed them, they are descendants of Abraham and live in the family of God, you too? Awesome, thought so, me too.

Now Christmas is soon and just like thanksgiving we’ll all be together, my wish is for peace and harmony among you, help one another, love one another. With peace, joy, love and most of all hope.

It’s very good working with knowledgeable people and learning I think is what makes day to day work so interesting. As a wildlife painter, I spend a lot of hours viewing nature and learning and then bringing this back to my studio and painting in oil pigments, yet my watercolors are even better. Yesterday was a very busy day, Bubba and I hit the road at 0700AM to drive to Blue Earth, MN to attend David Hueper’s memorial service at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth. These are very challenging times for his family and especially the community who love David. Pastor Joel  a very spiritual man who added some light hearted stories to ease the tension. The family is very generous and all the children and David’s wife Ann, wanted me to have David’s walking stick, the wood was cut by his son Grant and David did the finishing work, with a finishing varnish that displays the beautiful wood grain. Today the family travels to Little Falls, MN to Camp Ripley for a military burial ceremony and on Thursday a day of rest after a very long and heart felt journey.

Doug and Zoe close friends and the four of us enjoyed the evening. Adventures Chief, Mark is a master at preparing steak and the tenderloin was the very best. Thank you Gary and Juli and Beria and Mark for the wonderful celebration, and Marge’s birthday was a very fun time.

This painting is to celebrate today’s blessing that come from our Lord Jesus, peace to all of you and I wish you all a happy birthday celebration too.

Did You Think Because Animals Do Not Speak They Are Stupid?.

What happened to thinking, and wisdom. Saying animals are dumb requires some thought, and while you do not hear them speak they are far from stupid as some have said.  When people are born without being able to speak or hear we call that being dumb, but we all know that those people can think very clearly and are actually very brilliant, yes indeed, so are animals.

Get up a little earlier next week get up before first light and go out into the wilderness where ever you live, I dare you to shut your mouth and just watch and listen, then come back home and get your writing journal out and write what you just experienced do this as oft as you can and then write your story so people can read, don’t just sit their and assume someone else can do your work and that their wisdom and knowledge is better than your own, wake up and get a move on time is flying and ain’t it fun? Go on WordPress and for free start your own blog, why not? What are you waiting for the idea of hell to freeze over?

Helping Nature.

Birds, like people, flock together and this Baltimore oriole is a beautiful bird, their song distinctive and the melody understood. They like to sit high in a tree so you might hear the male before you see him, while the female is busy sewing and knitting a nest together for their new family. Birds love the same way as people and their love for their young just as strong, I thank God for such beauty and such loving, such wonder.
